Welcome to NovaX AI. By accessing or using our websites, software, APIs, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our systems.

1. Workspace Usage & Access

You must maintain valid account credentials to access NovaX GPT and associated workspace products. You are entirely responsible for all tasks and compute operations executed under your account credentials.

2. Acceptable Conduct Guidelines

You agree not to use the NovaX compute infrastructure to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or explicitly illegal media.
• Conduct brute-force testing, distribute malware, or overload processing systems.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary reasoning model prompts or VPC configurations.
• Falsely imply that AI-generated code or text output is entirely human-authored.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

NovaX AI claims no ownership over the outputs, files, code segments, or reports generated by your account workspace. You retain complete intellectual rights to the assets you create using our system compilers.

Privacy Policy

NovaX AI is built on sovereign privacy principles. We operate under strict data protection protocols to ensure your workspace logs remain confidential and isolated.

Data Collection & Logs

We process standard email credentials, billing info, and account configuration parameters. We temporarily compile prompt queries to execute reasoning tasks. However, we do not store raw output content histories once processing concludes unless explicitly requested by your workspace settings.

Database Isolation

All Enterprise workspace models are loaded within isolated VPC containers. Prompt histories generated by our corporate customers are excluded from our general LLM training datasets.

Cookie Policy

We believe in absolute data transparency. In alignment with this core value, we have removed all tracking cookies and marketing pixels from our platform.

Essential Local Storage Only

We use essential local storage parameters exclusively to store active login tokens, dark mode visual flags, and custom navigation configurations. No marketing data is sent to third-party databases.

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver complete execution with every billing package. Please review our cancelation policies below.

Subscription Cancellation Rules

You can cancel your recurring Pro membership at any point from your profile settings. Cancelations apply to the subsequent billing cycle; we do not process refunds for active or partially consumed billing months.

Usage-Based Limits

Because computational token expenses are incurred immediately during reasoning tasks (like Thinking Mode and Deep Research), we do not offer refunds once your profile has consumed workspace message counts.
