These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, web applications, and services operated by NovaX AI, an entity registered and operated from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("NovaX", "we", "us", or "our"), including ShelfOne, AlphaGrad, and NovaX Labs tools.
1.1 Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By registering an account on ShelfOne, AlphaGrad, or related NovaX services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent if using educational tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2 Commercial Software Usage (ShelfOne)
ShelfOne is licensed for retail business operations. Store owners are responsible for ensuring accuracy of invoice details, tax calculations, and compliance with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws in India. NovaX AI provides calculation and reporting utilities but is not a tax advisory entity.
1.3 Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
All software interfaces, trademarks, code architectures, graphics, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of NovaX AI and founder Divyansh Shukla. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or duplicate any portion of our software without explicit written consent.
2. Privacy Policy
NovaX AI respects your privacy. We collect only information necessary to deliver, operate, and secure our software products. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
2.1 Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, business name, phone number, email address, and billing details provided during registration.
- Store Operational Data: Product catalog, inventory counts, anonymized transaction summaries, and khata records generated inside ShelfOne.
- Educational Analytics: Learning progression and practice scores in AlphaGrad to personalize Socratic tutoring modules.
- Technical Logs: IP address, device type, browser metadata, and Google Analytics identifiers (G-5Y333WM7HZ) to maintain site performance.
2.2 Data Security
All data transmissions are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database storage utilizes modern encryption standards at rest. Access is restricted strictly to authorized operational staff.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction with all software tools developed by NovaX AI.
3.1 Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel recurring software subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard or by messaging our support line on WhatsApp (+91 8400999966). Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing cycle.
3.2 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase a paid tier of ShelfOne or AlphaGrad and determine within 14 days of activation that the product does not fit your operational needs, contact info@novaxai.in for a full refund of your first billing period.
