Important: Refund Policy

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: Any purchase done under the brand name of NovaX AI cannot be refunded. As our services are AI-based and provide immediate compute-intensive outcomes, digital assets, and proprietary logic execution, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed.

By upgrading your account or purchasing any business solution, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Business Solutions & Custom Training

Our custom GPT-4 trained AI chatbots and website generation services are provided on a "best-effort" basis. Training data provided by the client for custom solutions must be legally owned or licensed by the client. NovaX AI reserves the right to refuse service for content that violates our ethical guidelines.
